Very impressive
I was doubtful this robot would work well considering its price, but i am very impressed. It scrubs and vacs my 12x28 rectanglular pool with ease. It has 3 modes, walls only, floor only, or both. The last mode basically does the walls then automatically changes to floor only mode to finish up until the charge is up (about 2.5 hrs). I like the pattern it uses for floor. Very efficient and covers the whole pool (see video recorded at 8x speed). Its filter won't catch algae, because the filter is not super fine, but it will scrub it off so that the pool filter can get it. After re-sealing my pavers, this vac gathered up about a half cup of sand that I did not know was in there. It picks up larger debris, but my pool is screened in so I dont get that much anyway. I highly recomment connecting your phone via bluetooth or wifi, as you have better control of its modes in the app, and a battery guage. I dont know yet how long it will last, but so far I am a big fan.Update: I am a bit disappointed in the wall scrubbing of this vac. It climbs walls and scrubs on its way up, and hangs at the pool water line for a bit, but then it stops the suction and let's itself float down. It doesnt sink straight down, so it loses it position. The next run at the wall is then way off, skipping large portions of the wall. It's possible that after 2 hrs of doung this it might randomly cover all the walls, but not from my observations. A better pattern would be to reverse while still suctioning and scrubbing the wall, then follow the same turning as the floor only mode to scrub right next to where it just went back up the wall.

Coming from a Dolphin , excellent customer service.
I had to go wireless, the dolphin was great but the "tangle free" cable was nothing of the sort. By the end of each run it was so tangled it was only about 8 ft long if that.So I picked up this seaauto Seal which right out of the box , this thing is impressive. When you lift it you can tell this thing was engineered to hell and back. I was worried because 1 review. Who cares I will be the crash test dummy right?Cleaning: This thing absolutely picks up more than the dolphin. I dont get how, but the basket was filled about 1/4 of the way with just like dirt or sand or something and I run the dolphin every day. There was literally mud in the basket.Battery Life: Well, needless to say it doesnt run for hours like the dolphin, but again I cant get over how much more this thing picks up. I would have to say that with the seaauto your going to forsake coverage for clean. It doesnt cover as much area due to the time the battery provides but that area is much much cleaner. I get I think about 1 - 1&1/2 hours out of it. That being said even with the limited time the battery provides I feel if you consistently use it to clean the pool in 2 or 3 cycles it will have covered everywhere. I would say try starting it at different areas of the pool each time.Pathing: They must have some comical programmers at seaauto because i swear this thing darted across my pool and did a 180 in the same direction like a car chase out of an 80s film. That being said, it does appear to clean in a very "calculated" way unlike the dolphin. I dont know how to describe it. At first I thought there was something wrong with it but then i realized it actually is working an area to clean rather than just running over it like the dolphin. It like, positions itself before every move and works its way around.Customer Service: Without going into too much detail I did need to reach out to customer service and someone immediately picked up the phone. I was shocked. I had some questions and these guys did a skype call / video with me to go over the unit. I have literally never seen customer service this good before. I tried calling over the weekend again when they were closed , i didnt leave a message but the next day someone saw a missed call and called me back like " Hi we saw we missed your call, do you need us?" Amazing.I dont have any info on longevity as I just got the cleaner but I will update this review in time. Otherwise I cant imagine that if i had any problems support would be an issue, especially with the customer service experience I had.

RUN THE OTHER WAY..... total waste of $
Had the DISTINCT DISPLEASURE of owning 2 of these units. Both failed, 1st in 16 days - fried electronics BUT 2nd unit, front drive wheel broke day 1 and electronics fried on day 2! They DO NOT honor their warranty. Full 12 months return to base but then they want you to pay freight. BUT they also want you to re-order using the excuse they need it to generate a tracking number! SCAM!!! EVERY other Co with that policy uses the original order No. Product looked so promising but is a total piece of crap.!

Impractical and Poorly built product
I purchased this Seauto Seal Robotic Pool Vacuum on Amazon. Initially, It did work well for exactly a month, I was using it once a week. However, then I could not use it since it stopped charging. The unit does power up but indicates a low battery warning. It was exactly more than 30 days after I bought it, so I could not even return it. I reached out to the 800 number, and someone answered me and talked to me about the problem, asking me to record a video where the issue is highlighted and they will help me troubleshoot or replace the charger. However, it has been nearly three weeks since, and I haven't received any further information. Unfortunately, I now find myself with a $300 product that was functional for only a brief period, and now I’m stuck with it. In my experience, this product seems poorly constructed and, perhaps, suitable more as a toy than a durable, long-lasting pool vacuum. My recommendation would be to steer clear of this product and not waste your $$$.I would not give it 0 stars, but I guess 1 is the minimum.
