Espectacular. Un regalo único para las personas que disfrutan de los detalles de las pequeñas cosas. El vidrio se ve muy pulido. Y con el sol empieza a girar, que emociona.

Great Product - Would Recommend
It's a little pricey compared to other radiometers, but the quality is worth it with a modern look. The glass is a light bulb shape that allows it to set into the wood for stability. The radiometer comes with a pamphlet that states it is hand made and that the black film on the squares can chip off which is seems to have done in a spotted pattern toward the top of some squares. For this reason, I am giving it four stars. Works as advertised under sunlight and lamplight.

Waste of money
Waste of money. I had high hopes for this. I was gifted cheap version of this one years ago that worked so well. I don’t have it anymore and missed it. So, I wanted to buy this one because it was simple and beautiful and hand crafted. It looked well crafted. It does not work! It will work when you move or tap it but it just runs out of steam, I’ve tried giving it a chance and I’ve done everything to get it to work. So, just don’t waste the money on this. Get the classic science center version with the black plastic base. I’m going to have to buy a new one but not from this maker/seller. I’m going to donate this so it may be used again, and so I don’t have to look at this let down anymore.

Very nice Solar Radiometer with Nice Wood Stand
Very Nice Solar Radiometer with a nice wood stand. I prefer wood stands and that is why I chose this model. Also I didn't want a stand that was too tall as there isn't much room for where I am putting the Solar Radiometer on my desk near a lamp. However, I realized when testing with this stand it was too far away from the lamp for the Solar Radiometer to turn. Only issue is I don't have sunlight and was hoping it would work with my desk lamp, it is difficult to adjust to get it to work. I wish they had a model that operated off a battery or USB. I realize it is a radiometer to be used with solar, but I like it as a desktop item, I find it relaxing (more so then other items similar). It is also small so it doesn't take up too much space.

It obeys the laws of physics
This thing works well, but remember that this will only rotate when direct beams of sun light are hitting it (or a major temperature change, hot or cold). So expect that it will not rotate while sitting on your desk with some indoor lamps on! But it will spin well with temperature differences caused by direct beams of light, such as the warm sun beams shining through the window, or even a high powered flash flight. This is totally expected and normal because it obeys the laws of physics.

Awesome quality
Love seeing it spin as the sun gets brighter through the window. The size is perfect amount my plants now that they are indoors. Great gift for a gadget loving friend.

Poor quality control.
This thing would work intermittently when in bright sun. Frustrating until I realized that my wife was moving it every time she dusted the window sill. Upon closer examination, I noticed that the glass stem that supports the metal pin the spinner spins on is quite off from vertical. Being so let's the hub of the spinner contact the side of upper tube, preventing it from spinning. The window sill it was on must slope, so it will spin only in one specific position, when the crooked stem is upright because of the slant in the sill. No way to fix it, and too finicky to find just the right spot for the modicum of entertainment provided, so on it goes.

Ein ungewöhnlich gestaltetes, m.E. aber dafür umso schöneres Radiometer a.k.a.
