Very sturdy doesn’t bend or break. It’s thin so it doesn’t damage the binding. I haven’t had any problems with it slipping or falling out of the book but if you are rough with your books you might have that issue. Perfect size and good quality.

Funny and functional
Honestly, I bought this bookmark because it made me laugh, but it is actually a really useful thing to have. I love how it is heavier than the cardboard ones because it will last forever without bending. But it isn’t so thick that it leaves a crease on the pages. It is the perfect size for and average paperback, but I’ve used it in some larger hardbacks too. And I still laugh almost every time I open my book!
