ComfitechElbow Ice Pack Wrap and Tennis Golfers Sleeve for Arm and Calf, Medium, Pink

My elbow gives me pain quite often and this gem saves me. I follow the instructions and use as I should. It is extremely cold when you first put it on. Because it is gel, not ice, it lasts long enough to get relief that continues after I remove the sleeve. It won’t last long because it is gel based, averaging 15 minutes. I leave on a bit longer because it still feels nice at body temperature. It has not torn, leaked or otherwise had any defects. I am buying some for Christmas gifts. Just keep in mind this is meant to ease pain not cure it. I have not worn it during strenuous activity such as pruning my palm trees or landscaping my yard. I use it after that. I think it’s a good investment.

Elbow brace/sleeve works for a short time. Probably due to it's not holding the cold for very long.

Ice cold when you put it on, but it doesn't last long. Mayve 5 minutes before its warm. It helps with my tendonitis, but I wish it stayed cold longer.

Love this sleeve. Provides real relief for my tennis/pickleball elbow. In the freezer, it gets very cold so I use a cloth inside of the sleeve before putting it on. Super comfortable and snug to my arm. Definitely worth the money; thinking about getting a second one so that I can use one and chill one at the same time.

I have been dealing with tendonitis in my elbow and was dealing with ice & ice packs. I found and love it. It fits on my arm with no issues & stays in place. It definitely helps with my tendonitis!

This thing is great! Very comfortable and gets really cold without sweating. Last a good 20 to 30 minutes. My husband uses it for his tennis elbow and loves it!

This makes icing my elbow super easy. The cold lasts maybe 10-20 minutes which is great for me.

A very practical & comfortable and well made product. It's was reasonably priced, but it's one major flaw is the coldness only last for 15 to 20 minutes after in the freezer for 2 hours.That's not long enough to soothe more lingering pains.

Best ice pack ever used stays cold just the right amount of time around 20 minutes super soft on skin

Ok now this is really cold, best to wear a long sleeve shirt. Then slip it on. It works great.

I am using this sleeve daily. I can say it actually helps. I Love the flexibility and am able to move around with my treatment.

Doesn't last very long, but wow, it's great.
