Broken
Ordered twice and both times had broken pieces

Nice dinner set and a good deal under offer but..
One star less for 2 broken piece received. Deciding whether to get it replaced and if replacement will be perfect. Its original LaOpala set of 19 in its Original packaging which is okay but not so great to withstand rough handling. If it is travelling a long way it's a common guess what can happen even if packed to greatness by Amazon. Got it in deal in Rs. 1677.About the quality it's good enough for daily usage, its bone ash free, may be scratch resistant but not unbreakable. I have myself broken few of them by accident but they are easily replaceable due to low price (compared to Corella). Mostly used to keep hot stuffs and microwave. They are dishwasher safe too.Update - Ordered replacement and received today. This also had one item broken. Best move will be to assemble all the good pieces from first and replacement and give out all broken ones as replacement. Will save myself and Amazon some time and avoid item being returned.

Quality is not upto the mark
No doubt, the print and color is soothing and looks nice but it is very delicate, i have seem many dinner sets which are strong even if they are of glass or ceramic or opalware kind of. Also, one of the quarter plates was broken.

This dinner set is a good buy and value for money
Received it in good condition.I was worried reading all the reviews about receiving the dinner set in damaged condition.But I received it with no damage and not even a chip or scratch on the plates and bowls.It was well packed and withstood the shipment from Ahmedabad to my home town. Excellent quality and needs careful handling.
