Grey Sea Salt (Coarse/French) 250g

somehow the salt from this part of the world tastes better. Could be their process or lack there of. But the taste and the value is great. The salt itself is a bit damp in the packaging...so I move it to a different plastic container. Great stuff and great memories...like sprinkling some salt on my French fries in a downtown Paris bistro.

Perfect natural salt

this comes in a bag about the size of my hand, so I poured it into a crock to set on the table. it is so flavorful i add a dash to everything. it comes in large grains so you can really taste it and dont have to use that much of it. i use it on avocado and eggs and baked potato and salad and everything. i sprinkle it on soups and stews. i dont use it as i am cooking, i dont want to lose the flavor, i use it directly on my serving and sprinkle a tiny pinch. i dont know if that is correct, but i love the flavor. so thats how i use it. i eat no other salty foods. so i feel good about it.

I love this salt! Seems to work better for hydration. Just wish I would have gotten finer salt. Other than that it's high quality and fast delivery.

Recently learned that Celtic salt contains more minerals than any other salt. The magnesium content helps w hydration. Put a few crystals on your tongue and drink water.
