Are these certified gluten free? Some mung dal state on the package: "processed in a facility that also processes wheat products". Not acceptable.

Hello Norman, Banyan Botanicals Yellow Mung Dal is Organically grown on a sustainable farm in India. It is then received to our warehouse and processed in New Mexico. Thank you for your question.

Is this product processed in a gluten free facility?

To the best of our knowledge, our Yellow Mung Dal is free of gluten. However, we work with dozens of small farms and it is likely that some of them would be growing nuts, barley, oats, and wheat. We do abide by the USDA's National Organic Program (NOP) and the Control Union World Group (CU) organic regulations, regarding clean downs and batch to batch documentation.
