Top quality, easy to assembly, designed to last. It's stable even when the laptop positioned vertically. Note that it requires 2 extra cut-outs on the arm's side, some has it as default, or you need to modify yours if it's not there. This design ensures that you won't need any tool to mount it, very smart.

Used this for mounting a projector, it is a super product, great to mount to vesa, sturdy and safe. Perfect.

The build quality looks and feels great since its mostly metal. The only drawbacks i found were that they aren't easy to operate if you open and close the laptop often, and that the adapter doesn't match a normal vesa mount. Due to that one problem, it took me a lot longer than i'd like to admit, to figure out how to set things up. However, when you do everything will run smoothly. Over all it suits my needs perfectly and gets things done.

Initially I worried that this laptop mount would not be up to the task as my laptop is 17.3", weighs almost 4Kg (very heavy for a laptop) and is bulky. When I placed the laptop on the mount there was initially some "give" as it took the weight but once I had it in the clamps the laptop was and is still perfectly secure.The clamps are very adjustable so you can avoid the critical ports and its easy to adjust them if you find that you need to access a different port at a later time.I also bought the VESA arm that is recommended with the laptop mount and fitting them together was very easy.

Strongly built steel product, but only fits star-shaped VESA mounts with cut-outs per the seller's photos. If your VESA mount is like mine and a square plate, this will not fit. You could get it to fit, by as others have pointed out, sawing off the lugs/pins that this product uses to clip into the cut-outs of star VESA mounts (which I guess is not such a big deal).

Bought this because I dont have an overly large desk! But have lots of mounting place for the laptop! This does not come with the arm, but when you have them both it works amazing! Can tuck my laptop away and have the whole desk if needed!

Things I like - with trimming of metal stubs by Dremel tool I was able to use it.Bad things:(1) the photos by the seller do not show how the holder fits to the vesa plate, and does not warn about predictable incompatibilities(2) The holder is attached using its two bolt holes (fine) and two fixed stubs which will locate into two other vesa holes as long as the holes are large enough. The mushroom stubs are 7mm diameter at the wider part and 5mm nearer the plate. The support arm I wanted to use had 5mm holes only. Using a dremmel tool I reduced the 7mm stub down to 5mm and repainted it - see pic. It would have been easy to produce this as 4 x 5mm holes and avoid incompatibility.(3) the plastic side grabs are flimsy. They provide some security but ping out with only a little pressure.

Fits perfectly with this mount: "NB North Bayou Dual Monitor Stand for 22 to 32 inch Screens Height Adjustable Monitor Arm", as they have the top vesa mount holes already opened up.No need for any filing or excessive Dremmel usage .. just fits out of the box.. Seems very well made and extremely solid, although I haven't used the plastic side clamps yet... but it's working well without them as the laptop just sits on the tray and I use an external keyboard and mouse.

Per funzionare funziona. Mi ha sorpreso perché non ha degli attacchi esa standard. Probabilmente è pensato per funzionare con un particolare tipo di braccio/sostegno. in pratica ha 2 visti saldate nei buchi più esterni della croce esa. Ho fatto una modifica con il flessibile alla mia base di appoggio e sono comunque riuscito ad usarlo. Assurdi, avrebbero fatto meglio a lasciare lo standard.

El paquete pesa, no esperaba que tanto, la caja es blanca con una pegatina que contiene una pequeña descripcion del producto.Dentro encontramos tres piezas, la principal el soporte para los monitores y dos acomples para poder hacerlo firme mediante pinza por los extremos de la mesa o bien a traves de un hueco pasacables que suelen tener las mesas de oficina.Contiene todos los tornillos necesarios tanto para unir las partes como para colgar los monitores, ademas viene con dos herramientas para el pequeño montaje que requiere.La instalacion, pese a ser algo pesado el producto, es sencilla y rapida, yo lo hice solo y sin problemas.Las calidades de los metales parecen buenas y las articulaciones parecen robustas y permiten casi todo tipo de movimientos, la dureza del muelle que determina la altura es regulable.De momento tengo un monitor de 27" y otro de 22" colgados y el soporte cumple perfectamente su funcion.

L'objet est en acier et ne devrait pas poser de souci de solidité.En revanche tout le monde (description, questions et commentaires) parlent de norme Vesa standard... C'est faux.Il y a deux bitognots qui empêchent la fixation à une plaque vesa classique. Vous ne trouverez pas facilement la plaque vesa spécifique et nécessaire pour utiliser cette plaque de fixation de laptop.Achat à fuir !Édit : la plaque en question est totalement introuvable...
