Works great love Clean air have 3 tiny dogs so breath easier now
Old Filter stopped Working ordered new one but was sent wrong size SO never fit sent back forgot to order new one for months boy I was sniffly and nose runny so I finally looked at the filter Queen and fared I needed another one so I ordered another one got the right size and it was actually the same size the one I ordered but I checked it again and the size was right so they sent it and it was actually right so I'm not sure what happened but the first one didn't work but this one works great fit in there and it's running and I feel a lot better

What I expected, for the most part
Came quickly. The carbon skirt was just a little short to go around the filter completely. I had to pull and stretch it to get it to fit. It was close, but not quite. That's why the 4 star and not a 5.

Great replacement
Great fit, just had to trim a tiny bit, but worth it rather than paying full price. Will purchase these again.

Fits my filter Queen
Just re-ordered a new one, happy with pproduct.

filter seems ok the black wrap doesn't fit
the filter itself fits into the Defender, but the black carbon wrap is slightly too large to fit. It also comes with two small pieces of velcro that are not attached so they don't stay on very well and gets caught in the casing of the filter. Luckily I had a wrap from defender to use otherwise I would have returned these items.

Year filter, 4 outer covers so fou can change it every 3 months!

The charcoal filters are thicker than original, so it’s difficult to slide the louvers over the hepa filter and charcoal filter. It can be done but just have to take your time and be patient. That’s why it got a 4 star instead of 5.

I received mine back in June as I was in the middle of a move, just noticed I only received one filter.
