I had previously owned some Z-G chairs that I had purchased at Bed, Bath & Beyond, which were good, but not made for my weight. While they lasted a while, apparently the weather took its toll on them and they fell apart. THIS chair however, is very nicely constructed. I weigh 390 lbs and am 6'6", and this supports me nicely. One thing to note though: Yes, it IS a Zero Gravity chair, but I find that I need to lift the foot end of the chair up at least 6 inches to get the full Zero-G effect, otherwise it just feels like a recliner. No problem, just put something under to raise that end of the chair.While I am using it in my patio, I'm definitely going to use it indoors to watch TV in the Living Room as well. I like it. One more thing to note, if you are tall, and sitting on it in shorts / exposed legs and ankles, the metal bar might get annoying, even with the small foam pad. I find it better to wear long pants, sweats, or put something else under your legs on the bar.

Our previous zero gravity chairs were very narrow, and they were beginning to wear out from years of use. These chairs are not inexpensive, but worth every penny! The padding is thick and water resistant. We spend nearly all of our time at home, outside in our backyard, so these chairs are perfect.

The return window is only 30 days for this item. That is hardly fair for something that might only be used once in 30 days, or maybe not at all in that time frame. I guess I can't return the zero gravity chair for a replacement or a refund. The return window closed May 6th. In just a little over a month and just three times using it, it's useless.Being a lounge chair for outdoor use, it is not in frequent use. The chair was stored indoors at all times except when carried outside twice for use. The first of the three uses was inside the house when we first received it, just to test it out.The weight capacity is supposed to be (an incredible) 500 pounds. As it turned out, the capacity is apparently under 200 pounds. When it was sat in by someone weighing about 198 pounds, the whole chair collapsed to the floor. The rivets on each side of the seat that allow folding up the chair broke through the frame -- on both sides!It was a good idea, and a comfortable chair, but I can't recommend it. Due to the inattention of the design engineers to ensure the stress points were strong enough, this chair turned out to be very flimsy. In addition, the rivet heads are small enough to almost work their way through the hole for the frame connection point. In this case, the metal frame tore through almost like paper.500 pound capacity indeed!Update: Amazon agreed to take back the chair but for a $23.19 restocking fee and a partial refund. I feel that is unfair since I did not abuse the item in any way. The advertised weight limit was not exceeded. In fact, the chair held only about half the weight it was supposed to. Buy with extreme caution.

Cushion is poor quality and slides down. I ended up taking it off and letting my dogs use it for a dog bed. The size of the chair is nice and without the cushion it's a nice chair.

The chair its self is great and comfy, nice and sturdy but the cushion fabric is loose which makes me think it will tear easily. It cost more that it’s worth but I’m still happy with it

Very comfortable. Very easy to get in and out of. The head pillow is a bit hard but I turned to headrest to the rear of the chair and inserted a small soft pillow under the elastic band for a perfect nap chair. About the only thing I can think of to make it better would be a mount for a sun umbrella or some type of shading for the afternoon heat. That would be an accessory I would buy.

This works well in my home office. I didn't have room for a recliner nor did I want to spend a lot of money. XXL and easily holds up to larger visitors. And it's quite comfortable for me. 5 ft 2.

I bought it for the living room in between furniture purchases. The couch had to go sooner than later. So I use this until I buy something more permanent. I'm 6'5" and the chair is a little short for me, but otherwise it's really comfortable. It's great as a video game chair, so it might not totally disappear when I get new furniture.I did need to contact customer service for a small issue, and it was resolved without issue. THANK YOU!
