Works good on 08 535i
Wasn’t too hard to install. Works good on my 08 535i. For how cheap it is, its well worth the money. Ive had it on for many months now in Florida during torrential down pours and its holding up good

Fits and works great
I ordered this backup camera when I also installed a CarPlay system into my 2010 BMW 128i convertible. I chose this camera because it fully replaces the OEM trunk grip with its lock release. Wiring is a little more complex. You obviously have to run a wire through the guts of the car from the trunk to the dash. That can take time. As can the wiring connections. The instructions suggest getting power in the trunk from the reverse light of the vehicle. I found it easier to just get the power from the CarPlay system's backup camera trigger wire.

Short lived
After 3 months of use the camera decides to work when it wants to. In the morning it's just fine but after the suns out it's done for the rest of the day

Perfect
I didn't want the aftermarket look to where it was drilled in my license plate so this make it seem like it was from factory, hardly can even see it. Clear picture and great price. It was easy to install and fit perfect.
