I have used another natural product for BP, which was discontinued. So before I ran out, I did some research and found this item on Amazon. I have been using it since December 1st and my BP has never been better. 112/69. Wow! Never saw this low of BP on my discontinued product, and this is more less expensive...and no side effects. I am sold!1-1-19 Still using this and having great results with my blood pressure. I wanted to pass on that my anxiety has gone way down and I am sleeping a lot better (helps with insomnia too) Totally sold on this, I take 1 in the morning, 1 at night.

Great for my BP. 2 AM 2 PM. 128/60. (2018)I stopped taking these and my BP went up to 188/88. Started with 3 tabs a.m and p.m. After taking for 2 weeks my BP went down to 138/66. Once I get better results like my 128/60 I’ll decrease to 2 tablets twice a day.I originally took Coreg for BP. After 3 months I got the side effects of angina and depression. They wanted me to take more drugs to control the side effects. NO WAY!! Indian snakeroot works great for me!!

Received last night . Packaging said 2 tablets 3 times a day . NEW product so I took ONE to start . Woke up with a headache , so I took my blood pressure . It was. 217 / first number . I rarely have a Headache . What would have happened with TWO to start ? I will wait a week to LICK a Rauwolfia Serpentina Again

My doctor recommended this for my blood pressure; it was elevated; after taking it everyday for about 4 months, my blood pressure went down. I still have elevated blood pressure, but will continue to take it. I believe my blood pressure is improving with Rauwolfia Serpentina
