Does it include everything you see on the product photo? ( bag bottles and machine)

Yes bag, bottles, machine. And attachments necessary. The standard size 24mm is what comes with it so if you need a longer/bigger attachment for nipple may have to get that separate. Very nice set with everything I needed.

Is this pump portable or just electric?

why can’t a different connector be used?
