This is a high-quality mustard that goes well with sandwiches and mayonnaise. I make a sandwich with slices of turkey, some cheese, lettuce, bacon and sweet onions. This mustard just makes everything taste even better. I'm happy I can get it here! It is a little spicy, but not overly hot for a mustard. I bought this Dijon mustard mainly for sandwiches and salad dressings, and overall I’ve really enjoyed it. The flavor is sharp and tangy with a nice smooth texture that spreads easily on bread and wraps. It adds more depth than regular yellow mustard and works especially well with chicken, turkey, and roasted vegetables. I also like mixing it into homemade sauces and marinades. However, the flavor is a bit stronger than I expected at first, so a small amount goes a long way. The jar size is decent and lasts quite a while though. I really like this mustard. I'm not a picky eater but this is by far my favorite taste
