Volant 17638 Cool Air Intake Kit

Looks great, easy to install. Dosent have a howl when just cruising around but sounds good when you punch it. Noticable power gain and a little MPG improvment. Worth every $$$$!!!!

Let's be real.... why don't you guys in Amazon land just open up a HUGE store. Your prices are way better than even most manufactors whom products you sell in the fisrt place. Your shipping is honest and to the letter (if sold by You). There have even been times to where I've had an item or two in my cart and you've sent a notice saying that item has even lowered in price. But enough about you. This intake is great. I have searched around and compaired from site to site and the Volant beat out K&N on customer satisfaction and Dyno performance. Although by a small margin, but a win is a win. I love it. The install was simple (snug in some places). I used it with a Rugged Ridge 1/2" spacer and so far so good. The instructions for both were pretty bland but again, very simple to figure out. I will give it about two weeks for a true seat to ground test for my peronal opinion on performance and MPG. For now though, it's a great look!

Installation was a breeze. It does change the sound a bit but its not obnoxious and so far it has increased my MPG by 1.5. I would recommend this to any JK Wrangler owner.

bought this item for a friend and it really worked great on his jeep wrangler 2009 3.8l....he got a huge change in acceleration..Thank you guys for the packing and everything its really great doing bussiness with ya ;).

The intake tube felt fairly low quality and the rubber adapter pieces were not cut very well... rough edges and not straight. All in all, it looked like something that should sell for half the price. Returned it immediately.

Nice fit and finish and easy to install. The air sensor by the throttle body is quite a stretch for the factory wire harness which is bad and it is definitely louder at 3/4 to full throttle. I drive a lot of mountain passes above 11000 feet and there is a noticeable improvement in performance.

This was one of the most simple items to install into my 2011 Wrangler. It took about 30 minutes and with only basic tools. Provides improvement in power. Would absolutly recommend to others!
