Very good cream. I used it to moisturize hands and legs It is a wonderful product. I do recommend this kind of product.My skin feels great right after applying it.

A friend suggested this cream for reducing menopausal symptoms. Honestly, I’m using so many remedies till I can’t tell which one or combination is working. However, I can attest to its moisturizing content. I have especially sensitive skin and have had no reaction to this product.

Don’t waste your money
Seems like a generic processed cream. No recognizable benefits of yam or anything else—can’t even tell there is yam or anything beneficial

Wild yam is supposed to help with that woman pms stuff. No issues at night and I'm sleeping good. No complaints. Not slot of chemicals or fragrances. Thank you.

Fabulous cream!
