Looks and sounds good!
I bought this just for home use. Primarily for Karaoke purposes in my basement.Works well as expected. Sound quality is good and even better if you have a decent mixer. The microphones have good weight in them. They are made of metal which is great. It uses 2 AA batteries for each mic. It has fixed channels but I don't mind since it works inmy basement with no interference. I like this better than my friend's Audio 2000's mic.Although they both performed equally well, I like the weight of the Innopow. The other oneis made of plastic. I don't know if this will hold up if used in a professional setting. But for theway I use it, I think it works very well. Not bad for a $100 mic system!

Excellent product at a great price!
I ordered this as a backup to a much more expensive unit, and wow. It actually blows the spendier one out of the water. The clarity is great. the range is great - up to 300 yards of line of sight with no degration, cutouts, or fadeout. I'm running it on PV14AT soundboard with 4 PV Dark Matter wireless speakers. I like being able to change channels to avoid VHF/UHF crossovers from all of the other wireless systems that may be present. Two different ways to put the receiver into the soundboard is great, it's always nice to have a backup.Microphones: Mikes can be turned off and on at the microphone, as well as at the receiver. When turning off and on, there's no harsh noises that can be detrimental to the speakers. It's not even noticable, the startup is so soft. Despite actually trying to do so, there was no microphone feedback - great especially for those who don't understand how to use microphones and may do things inadvertently. I was using cheap Harbor Freight batteries in the mike - I love that it's able to be run on AA batteries instead of waiting for recharge time.Receiver: There's a tell tale light to let me know the microphone is connected, and which one - or both - is on. All wiring is included, with the exception of DMX cables. (You should have those already anyway, this is not a deal breaker.) All connections are strong and lock in. The plug in power supply is just shy of 3 feet long and pulls less than 1/2 amp.Packaging is secure, it arrived perfectly and can be stored in the box with foam cutouts in between uses to keep everything safe. The only con - and it's so trivial I feel silly mentioning it - is that the colored O-rings on each microphone don't stay in place while removing it from the packaging. Easily fixed with a paint pen!Such a great product, don't let the comparatively low price fool you! I could rave more, but you get the idea.

Not a good idea
Update: Innopow has been very generous about upgrading me and I am happy to report that their redesigned, variable frequency units are good.I have raised my review from two stars to three stars for their excellent customer service, and the knowledge that they keep improving their products.I stand behind my statement that a wireless microphone you cannot change the channel on is a disaster waiting to happen. It's like a printer that keeps printing when there's no paper, or a lover who is nice but always does exactly the same thing and never listens or learns. It's like a walkie talkie with one channel, which you might remember as a kid's toy. The minute something else gets on that channel, you can either hope it goes away, or turn the device completely off.Unless you're in some kind of deep basement and nobody ever brings any radio wave producing equipment in, there's no guarantee you won't have to stop everything and give up on at least one of these microphones. Thanks Innopow for being great at customer service and I highly recommend the better mics, for the price.-- previous review --Fake! This is like a toy. It's made out of heavy solid metal, yes. But, the displays light up as though the frequency could change. It cannot change. The listing above says "fixed frequency" because literally you can't change the frequency. I had assumed that with displays like it has, "fixed frequency" meant it wasn't going to frequency hop or do anything else automatic, you'd have to manually set the frequency. I never dreamed that it wouldn't even give a single alternate channel option for emergencies. If you get any interference, move to a different physical location, says the manual. That's because you can't change the channel. It has one channel for each microphone. So then why is there a digital display on the face of the receiver? Why is there an LCD display screen on each microphone? They are both permanent fake digital readouts which never say anything else, because they are an overlay, like something from your GI Joe set, or like the 12:00 that comes stuck on the face of a new alarm clock! It even has a "MUTE" warning displayed which never turns off. In fact, the unit lacks any mute option. It is deliberately misleading, and confusing to anyone stepping into the venue to run the mics. The sound quality is indeed pretty decent, which is why I gave it two stars. There is, however, only a tiny dynamic range between very quiet and too loud. It is quite lacking in high mids, which bring clarity, and it has too much bass. You can fix all that if you have EQ controls, but it is a nuisance. And when the unit has interference, it makes a sudden white noise "Ssh" sound, even only 30 feet away, which we found frustrating and distracting. My old, beat up SM58 sounds much better.Tip: The 1/4" / 1/8" "mix" output is crackly, and lower quality. If you want to minimize your frustration with this unit, use the XLRs.

When at its best 5 STARS!!! UPDATED POST
My church is located in a place where some cell phones tend to experience signal loss, so I'm sure that's affecting the mics too. During any given service I find myself moving and holding the receiver box in the air, or constantly twisting and playing with the antennas to clear up the signal. Other than signal interference I love the build and feel of the mics. Seem very study and heavy. They are touch sensitive, so some noise will be produced will handling.UPDATED POSTThe people at innopow reached out to me regarding the issues I reported in my earlier review. After consideration they decided to send me a NEW replacement set. The replacement set has been working just fine. I've been using it 3x a week for 3 weeks now. No dropped signals, no random interference noise, no location/setup issues. I am now thoroughly pleased with my purchase. The replacement set was delivered 2 days after they said they would replace it.
