A decent beef protein for the budget
One of the best proteins I've bought. Some say the taste is not good but I find it quite decent. It's not sweet at all and it's a bonus as I'm tired of all those artificially flavoured powders. The protein doesn't cause any blotting to the stomach, it is easily mixed with milk and can be consumed easier then the sweet proteins. At least this is my experience. The smell and taste let a subtle beef stake on the coal taste at the end 😂 Downsides: too foamy 5/5 starts

The best protein I've tried
It is quite clumpy/takes some mixing BUT, hands down the best protein I've tried. I would recommend using a blender (over a shaker) if you are making a smoothie with it. I use it in my overnight oats, I blend it with the milk and then add to the oats and I get the best breakfast going. It doesn't cause any of the side effects whey does as my body seems to absolutely love it as a usable source of protein.

Good product
I thought I would give it a try. Wasn't sure if this would have a strange taste with in not being a milk protein and I wanted it for my porridge in a morning. I can say it mixed really well and had no strange taste what so ever. The price is really good for 1kg, some of them a way over priced. I will be definitely ordering more.

Not perfect but will buy again
Arrived in 12 hours. I read a number of mixed reviews but went for it anyway. I mixed a scoop with a scoop of raw cacao powder to flavour and mixed with a handheld milk frother. The taste is fine but there’s still some issues with the mixability. It’s not the end of the world though - It’s protein powder at the end of the day not a gourmet meal. I’m buying it for the nutritional and protein content at the end of the day. Smell not an issue when mixed with cacao and froth not a big deal either

Works well in savoury sauces or gravies.
Does clump, even in a blender and does have a taste. However, I still find this is a suitable replacement for milk protein powders and actually goes well in savoury sauces if you want to boost the protein content of a meal.

Ugh taste and clumps
I am on the side of the 'horrible taste and impossible to mix the clumps'. It may be ok in a smoothie but I am not willing to try. The dog does not mind it sprinkled on her dinner so it will not be wasted. Frankly it is the worst of several that I have tried.

Bad smell, awful taste, high protein.
Smells awful, tastes awful even when mixed with a lot of stuff, it will just overpower everything. Only way to drink it is to hold your nose and pray that it has fully mixed and hasn't left a massive chunk of goop in the bottom because it just doesn't mix well at all. Yes it's high protein and cheap for the amount, but it is very much not drinkable.

The best Protein powder I've tried, it works for me.
I'm 58, been in and out of the gym on a regular basis over the last umpteen years during which I've used numerous protein powders. I'll explain why this one is my favourite. Look at the list of ingredients and notice how small it is. It's beef protein isolate and there is no warning that it may contain traces of eggs, sea food, soy etc because it doesn't. This is purely anecdotal but this is the first beef protein isolate powder that I've tried and have used regularly and the big difference for me, compared to the milk based protein powders that I used to take, is that I have zero bloating and zero farting now after consumption whereas on the milk protein products that I used to use regularly, bloating and farting were an expected side effect. Another good side effect for me is that I have always had very dry, flaky skin and it's probably the collagen in this product that has massively reduced that in a really beneficial way for me both emotionally and practically. Now, the taste. If you want a product that tastes like a sweet factory has dumped all of their chemicals along with a ton of sugar into a taste explosion of sweetness then this is not the product for you but you'll have to suffer the chemical additives in a powder which matches your expectations. I'm not willing to dump those chemicals and additives into my body, so I choose not to. I go to the gym, shift some weight, do some cardio, put in a big effort and when I get back home, as a grown adult, I'm more than capable of giving the mixer a good shake and chugging this in a few seconds. The taste is what I would expect for a pure product, not great but certainly worth a few seconds of my time to just chug it down to get the benefits. It is a small price to pay compared to the work that I've just done in the gym or park. I hope this helps some of you and I can honestly say that I can't see myself buying anything else but this from now on.
