The product works as described. I did not read the instructions the first time I tried the machine. So I learned my lesson. The brush that comes set on the machine is the strongest brush exfoliate. I did get red like I got a sun burn on the cheek area near my eyes where the bone is. So you have to be easy around that area. Besides that omg I finally was able to remove all that dry skin that I couldn’t remove with my fingers. I look finally clean. This machine is like when you go get your car polished, it re shines and polishes your first. But like I said be gentle, it’s stronger then I thought and I’m a man.
