Love love love this set!
I wanted a long mat to cover much of my body. This is perfect. The small one is great when I am spot treating. I just passed kidney stones and used it on my flank area. The quality is fabulous. The spikes are hard and sharp. The neck pillow design is the best!

Takes some getting used to
This is a good product. If you can stick with it then you will feel pain relief. It is just just finding time to be able to devote to the practice. Also I wish the mat was longer so as to get the legs.
