My test had no reaction but after sitting it changed colors so I got nervous. But the customer support was great they answered my questions right away and let me know that happens over time because of oxidation. I was so relieved after that!

QR code does not link to a website, it’s a dead end. Color produced (ink blue) on right does not match the Match Reaction. Inconclusive. I’d like to return it, but I don’t want to mail released acid from the test or a drug that is possibly (not sure) illegal. I’d still like my refund, but your refund policy puts me in a conundrum.

It tested positive for the substance I was testing. Luckily, I had what I wanted. Could’ve saved a life though if I were to get bad stuff. Easy to use, good test kit. I’ll be buying again!

Kit works well! It was accurate for what we needed it for. The only complaint and one that has been mentioned already is the kit came to us broken in shipment. They do nothing to protect the test kit but a flimsy poly bag. However, they replaced it and sent another right away! Good product

One showed up already broken and useless. Other worked fine. If they could ship them damage free, wouldn’t be bad! Always nice to have handy when you tow/work on card in questionable areas. I’ve used the one I had and refused a tow without hazmat pay bc of residue found in the car. Very glad I had it. But when I needed again, it came out the package already busted and useless!!
