Perfect addition to my tech tools
So convenient! Works great. Nice and easy to use instead of using a usb enclosure. I ended up buying two.

Seems to be working ok so far
I believe it's been a few months and it's doing everything I need it to do with an nvme n.2 drive from a broken laptop. Am able to access all the files through it at pretty ok enough speeds.

Works well, short cable
I just received this about a half hour ago.I immediately connected it and tested. I used a SATA M.2 drive for the test and it worked perfectly. It was very fast copying over my USB 3 port from an internal SSD to this dock. The only complaint I have is that the cable is less than a foot long. This is completely useless for my purposes.I am a tech and am constantly backing up and restoring files and images. I need to use this a lot, and a <3' cable will eventually break or damaged the USB C port. I have ordered a new 3' USBc to USB cable for use with this dock. That actually makes this dock $10 more expensive because the USB cable needs to be replaced right away. Most people purchasing a dock are going to be using it often. So, mostly techs or people doing a lot of file transfers and using multiple M.2 drives.People who don't need to do that should just purchase an external M.2 case and put their M.2 drive in it and use it as external storage since they will only likely use it once for transferring their system or their files to a new Windows install or for imaging their install onto a larger M.2 drive. You don't need a dock for that.

Well made dock
Made with high quality metal and very portable. My M.2 SSD transfer speed was very snappy. Highly recommended

Watch out for the bezel
I have to shuffle a lot of drives for an upcoming upgrade. This cannot accept an M.2 with a heatsink because the port is sunken into the body. It is otherwise built very well but limited use.
