Delivery came almost two weeks before it was expected, but there were plenty of notifications to let me know exactly when it would arrive. Two man delivery team deliver to your room of choice, fully masked and wearing shoe covers.Very well packaged, almost took me as long to unwrap everything as it did to put together. There is a fair bit of waste, but at least the bed is well protected during transit.Reasonably easy to put together, instructions were good, and apparently there is an assembly video on YouTube too, but I didn't watch it so couldn't comment on how good it is; just that it is there. All parts are clearly labelled so you know exactly which screws to use on which pieces.The bed is sturdy after assembly, but only time will tell on longevity. The ottoman mechanism works well, and there is a safety latch to use to make sure the bed doesn't fall back when open, but to be honest the pistons are pretty stiff so unless it loses power over time I think it is safe enough as is. Just be sure to be careful about where you fasten the base so that no fingers get caught between the frame and the base when using the ottoman.Lastly, the bed looks great. Top marks!

The product can be confusing to put together but once it is its strong and sturdy doesn't make any noise and looks amazing. I had some issues with the delivery but Lizzy from the after care team sorted it out the same day to be delivered on time.

The bed is good quality pretty much fit my needs it looks nice too.The only negative was the two pistons were faulty and needed a replacement.It will be helpful if you check before starting the assembly.For sure I will recommend this bed.Value for money too.

Despite the fact that delivery company DX had obviously not handled the packages with care, they were so well packed that there was no damage to the bed.Everything was labelled with part numbers and all components were present.All holes were accurately drilled to a good tolerance so we managed to assemble without too much swearing 😂.Having booked delivery express, this failed due to DX being in disarray due taking over Tufnells, so no delivery on booked date and only part delivery the next day. We were initially quite cross as we had dismantled the old bed; however, the helpful response from the supplier made a huge difference and we are happy to give this company a heartfelt recommendation.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this bedframe and after only x3 years of use the frame bent. Contacted Seller, said only x1 year warranty and I had to purchase frame at half of price of what bed cost us. We paid money and when replacement frame arrived it was another version/design. Seller advising our frame is no longer being supported by manufacter and suggesting us to buy another bed with HappyBeds and trash/bin the one we have even knowing we only had for x3 years.Long story short, our bed had a defect/design and did not come with supporting legs for our frame, informed seller and brought to their attention and asked for them to go back to manufacturer for assistance instead of trashing a perfectly good bed as HappyBeds advise us as a solution.Not only did the seller (Happy Beds) ignored our request but flat out refused to assist us any further.I would suggest for any other customer in the past that also had this same issue to report Seller to Amazon as we did and write your review /experience so other buyers like ourselfs are aware that these people care nothing about customer care and only interested in money.Again, anyone who buys a bed expects it to last for at least the same amount of time as mattress at best. Again, big scam after all our findings, sure they know of fault/issue with designs due to amount of complains, however instead of supporting their customers, their solution and recommendation is ..."trash your bed and buy a new one"... 🤦 Yeah right ⚠️ Cheated me once IT'S NOT happening again ⛔

Very solid feeling/looking bed, bundles of space underneath. Not too difficult to put together* - not being of a very practical mind, and in a very tight space (about 18" to the sides and 3 feet at the end) it took me about three hours (making a couple of errors on the way!). The instructions are clear and the fixing parts properly labelled. A bargain at the price and would recommend to anyone requiring a bed with storage below.Delivery was one day outside the time window given when booked - the courier company is an independent firm local to the seller in the East Midlands and I assume they need to get a sufficient number of London orders together in order for it to be economical to send a truck down, and in the dead of August trade must be a little slower than usual. Once the order was ready to ship they were communicative and nice enough to deal with - I had a text directly from the driver to update on his arrival time.The pocket sprung mattress is reasonably firm so far. Looking forward to many happy sleeps on it!(* with one exception - the stage where you need to screwd the slatted base onto the piston arms either needs two people, or for the gas pistons to be taken out so it can be fixed on a flat surface, it is almost impossible to keep on a 45 degree slope without sliding and falling off! I'd suggest a modification to the instructions at that point)

Goods delivered as per Happy Bed's estimate, 5 days earlier than Amazon's delivery schedule, which is good of course. The Happy Bed's cheaper version is exactly same as the dearer version. I would imagine because the dearer version has a putting together option for £54? This would only be possible if certain parts of the bed had been pre-assembled, the fiddly bits! But if your handy like me, you save money! Otherwise everything was there & fitted together as per plan, no misplaced holes or incomplete preparation. The finish is good with no complaints for a flat pack!

Im not usually prone to reviewing , but everything about this purchase has been excellent , arrived ontime well packed, well made and goes together very well , looks and feels very good value for money and seems robust. thankyou
