Nice, scented tea with a calming effect
NUTRAHEAD - Migraine Relief Tea | Headache Relief Tea - For Tension Headache Relief & Migraines - ....I thought I would try this tea as I often suffer headaches, not migraines though. The box contains 20 teabags in their own envelopes, which seems to be quite expensive for just 20. Noting the brewing conditions on the box, you need to leave for 4-5 minutes which I did, then threw away the teabag before I notice is says to re-use the teabag up to 3 times per day. There is also a warning not to consume more than 3 cups a day too!Flavour wise, it is very scenty, a cross between Earl Grey and Camomile tea, nice, refreshing and with a calming effect, it has a pleasant smell too. As for headache relief, I still have them and the tea, other than the calming effect doesn’t seem to make any difference, maybe it must build up in your system for it to have the desired effect. It’s worth a try though, and even without the headache relief, it still makes a rather pleasant cuppa, especially before bed with its calming and relaxing effect.

Dreadful taste
I love this brand of tea and have several for different ailments, all tasting nice, but I’m afraid this one was so bitter and unpleasant I just couldn’t drink it at all.
