I bought this last year September and it's stopped working and always show it needs charging.Awful product

So I followed the instructions for this, charged before first use, clean it etc ..My first fail was that I can't remove the base as advised for cleaning. There's no bottle brush included, but I'm like ok, I think I can do this.I use a water filter anyway, but was disappointed for the price of this jug that the filter is an optional extra.Switch it on by pressing the button, I see the occasional bubble - maybe I was expecting more? Not exactly carbonated water, but..The water didn't taste nice - I prefer it straight from the tap or from my water filter.And you leave this on the worktop, but don't have anything near it as the slightest tap of the button and it starts it's cycle again - note to the manufacturers, imo this would be better for a press and hold (which currently sets off an automatic cleaning cycle). In a small kitchen, this doesn't really have the space to be isolated.Unfortunately, for reasons mentioned above, I'm not happy for the cost of the jug.

I'm confident that this is actually a good product, but the instructions are truly awful. It's basically down the user to start pressing the on off button a few times and hope for the best. I haven't a clue what the (counting down) digital number is on the side, because there's nothing in the instructions that explains it.

Works good when you get it but theirs no proper instructions on how to take it apart or put together properly when you have to wash it the instructions supplied miss out where and how you put the rubber bands on so it’s no fit for purpose.

The jug won't charge

The media could not be loaded. Good quality material, good size, however, no filter with product. Instructions aren’t great. If I’m spending £56 I expected the filter included and better instructions.The water does taste different, nice, doesn’t have the chlorine taste.
