Nice & thick. Very soft. Use it for hot yoga. Pretty thick so a little harder to roll up but that's ok.

I bought this mat to use for traction with senior dogs. The pattern is perfect to help them navigate even if vision is fading. I received my first mat and was pleased with the thickness and pattern that I immediately ordered two more.Then the mat got a bit wet — and it became so slippery that it’s dangerous. The instructions in the description to add water just make it worse.My own yoga mats don’t get anywhere this dangerous.I’m giving 3/5 because based on reviews, there must be certain types of yoga this is ideal for. Pet owners should keep looking.
