Pretty but way too small
The writing is easy to read and the plaque is beautiful, however, it is way too small. You can literally hold it in the palm of your hand.

So SMALL LIKE FROM A DOLLAR STORE
Our manager retired 3 were going in to give as gift missed the size but had order other sayings and plaques like this so just assumed standard size .ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS it was sooooooooo small DOLLAR STORE PRODUCT FOR $30 are you nuts.I had no choice but to give to him as he was leaving that day but I had to do on my own.What a JOKE if I had the time I WOULD HAVE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY TERRIBLE TERRI
