I purchased this for my granddaughter (6) and she loves it. It's very cute, seems to be good quality with fabric (nylon) type material and auto close/open feature. Closing it is a bit tricky for a 6 yr old but we're practicing. We don't have to use it very often since we're in CA. I'm hoping she's able to use it for a couple years. Fits in a backpack well. I'd recommend this item.

I bought this for my 6, now 7 year old. It folds up great and fits in her backpack… however it was a little hard for her to push the handle back into place after closing the umbrella. It’s only been a few months since I purchased, and when she came home today, the push button wouldn’t work and I could get the umbrella handle to return to the close position. 😞

The second time my kid went to use it, it was broken, you open it but it closes back up.

We've had for several months. My 10 year old will slam it against the pavement to shut it if I'm not there. Still holding up well. Still super cute.
