Unlike some exercise cards I've seen, these are well made and easy to follow. Access to video demos clarifies any queries. The grading is helpful and allows reasonable progression. The box is sturdy and the magnetic closure strong enough to throw in the gym bag ready when needed.

I never write reviews however I LOVE these resistant band cards! I am a PE teacher and a regular gym goer and since lockdown I have taken to exercising at home. I have had my resistant bands for as long as I can remember however only knew a limited amount of exercises for them. This stack of 52 cards has completely changed the way in which I use them! I also purchased the dumbell stack and the bodyweight stack which I have also been using and love! I tend to focus on different body areas each day so on my chest and back day I will take the chest and back cards out of each pack and mix them up to create a workout. Thete are lots to choose from to keep my workouts interesting and varied. Thank you stack 52! x

I love the idea of this product but it lost two stars as the videos for the resistance bands training only start at the beginning of the excercise rather than showing how the guy in the video actually got the bands into position. This would be equally as useful as watching him preform the activity.

I wanted these cards to gelp me put together a workout plan with the bands. These are good quality and easy to follow.

There is no doubt that these cards contain a lot of information. Though to my mind are pretty expensive for what they are - around 20 GBP for a set of cards ( playing card size ) However, these may be regarded as more or less reference cards to the website where there is wealth of information and videos to aid oneself. However, not all of us have broadband or WiFi connections to make use of these facilities . As such, possibly an larger size cards would be of benefit or an option. And the smaller cards then used as an aide memoir for a routine at the gym.

Very good product at a good price .Very disappointed with the packaging as it was all but destroyed with water damage .Good job all the cards were all wrapped in plastic in side .

I was initially put off buying these from other reviews, then I noticed these were the 'improved bigger cards new for 2019'. They are approx 11cm x 7.5cm. The quality was good. I like the fact different body areas are colour coordinated. I look forward to using them.
