Perfect fit… looks OEM
Thought it had a leak but was the radiator cap….they contacted me right away to ensure they would make it right!

Perfect fit for 2005 LJ
Perfect fit for my 2005 LJ, it did come with two extra ports at the bottom of the radiator that I didn't need so I had to go to the auto store to buy some plugs for the extra ports.Maybe throw in some plugs? That would have been awesome!

Weld nuts missing or loose.
The radiator arrived with one flange slightly bent, which I managed to straighten using a tool. Although the mounting holes did not align perfectly, they were close enough for me to insert the bolts. When reattaching the fan shroud, I noticed that the mounting holes had weld nuts, but the original bolts would not thread into them, and one of the weld nuts was missing. As a temporary solution, I secured the fan shroud with zip ties. Since this is not a daily driver, I will use this radiator for now but plan to purchase a higher-quality replacement in the near future.

Fits great, holds water, keeps engine cool. Nothing else to ask for.

Working Well on a 2000 Jeep Wrangler 4.0
I bought a Jeep with this radiator already installed. Initially I was going to replace it with a Mopar unit, but decided to wing it and see how this one does in the long run.So far it has about 6000 miles on it and is doing well. We've had one of the hottest summers on record here in AZ and not once have I come close to overheating. I've been stuck in stop-and-go traffic, done full freeway travel, diverse trails, and just out-and-about use with full AC most of the time, and my jeep has never gone above 210*. In fact, it hovers anywhere between 202-208*, confirmed with an OBD scanner.Build quality seems sturdy (Indonesia on the sticker), and buildup on the inside is minimal (I'm anal about my cooling system health). Perhaps if you're not as picky about what's in your cooling system or the condition it's in, this radiator won't last over a Mopar unit with sludge and corrosion buildup.So far I'm pleased, and hope it lasts a good while and does the same for others.
