Great for charging multiple devices

We received one of these as a Christmas Gift in December 2023. We used a few times but we mostly only carry battery backup when we travel or go camping. We went camping last week and it dint want to take a charge and wouldn’t charge anything. They worked through the issue with me and are sending a replacement. I’ve been burned by poor products and planned obsolescence more than I care to think about. This kind of customer service will make sure I remain a customer and look at other products made by this company.

This is my second one of these and the second one to break. My son is a bit rough on tech and the first one was dropped and broke. Kinda get it, but bummed. This one I thought would be tougher, but the UBC input jack just stopped working. Now it won’t charge at all and is a big paper weight. Disappointed based on advertisement and price. Power when working was pretty good, but unit is very heavy.(UPDATED) Received excellent follow up from customer service and they replaced the battery my son broke no questions asked. Very happy with response from company and my while my initial comments were honest, my use of the battery was unusual in that my son is a bit rough on their batteries. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and will buy future products from the company.

The media could not be loaded. If you need a compact, lightweight and pocket-sized power bank, this definitely is NOT it. This thing is built like a tank. It’s big. It’ heavy and it’s powerful. 30,000 mAh of charging power at your fingertips. Enough to charge most cell phones about ten times. For power outages this would be the power bank I’d want to have for sure. Not only can you charge your devices multiple times, but the flashlight is actually pretty bright. It has three modes. Steady light, flashing mode and SOS mode.My favorite feature of this power bank besides the huge charging capacity is the wireless charging ability. So even if I don’t have a lightning cable, I can still charge my phone.The manufacturer claims this power bank is waterproof when the rubber USB port cover is in place. Seems possibly, but I wasn’t willing to test that claim and possibly damage or destroy it.This power bank is a wider and significantly thicker than my six year old 28,600 mAh power bank (which still works great), but will still fit in the case zipper case, but leaves no room for charging cables. I guess I should just invest in a case specifically for the TECHSMARTER power bank.I hope the review was helpful. Thank you.

Alright. If you want specs, see the description and other excellent reviews here. I am here to tell you why I love this power bank after just a couple of days of use. See, I have this battery hog of a laptop that, if I walk away from the power cord for more than 5 minutes, I can literally see my battery draining away before my eyes. It's a sad joke, really. We have LOTS of external power sources (ie: power bricks) in this house that I've tried to remedy the problem with... working at the table? Plug it into a brick! Should be fine! Nope. This thing just sucks the juice out of the thing and laughs, all while leaking magical energy to the ether.So, with that context, I'll have you know that when I plugged said laptop troublemaker into this brick.... are you ready? For at least an hour, the battery level never went down a single point. !!! What?? Yes, this is a winner. Not only that, but after keeping my monster laptop topped off for an hour, it was able to fully recharge (from about 60%) two large ipads. Probably more, but at that time, I'm like, I won't get greedy, I'll plug it back in to recharge.Another thing to consider is, if you have power outages ever, this thing is brilliant. It has a little flashlight and a bunch of in/outputs for all your devices. Happy to have this thing around, nobody's prying this wonder charger from my grasp!

It slows down a lot when charging more than one device how ever everything does work but i can not recommend this product I was disappointed
