it's ok - it doesn't leave the hair as soft ...
it's ok - it doesn't leave the hair as soft as it says it does and I haven't noticed a marked improvement in condition

Bella scoperta
Capelli fini e crespi. Questo prodotto li rende più corposi ma è un effetto temporaneo che con illavaggio va via . Non so se nel tempo riesce ad migliorare la struttura del capello o se è un effetto che rimane temporaneo

Different formula! Miss the spray
Don’t get this thinking it’s the same as the old spray. It’s a lotiony cream product that feels super tacky on your hand and is oddly hard to work through hair. Miss the old product!

It's not the same as the spray
I ordered this because I have a spray I use. This has the same name and isn't a spray. It's a lotion that weighs the hair down. No option to return it.

To my surprise, this actually seems to work.
I was very dubious that this would really make my hair look fuller, but it actually seems to work! I have wavy thick frizzy hair, but I felt it had been thinning and looking more flat recently. When I use this product, it actually helps my hair look fuller, while remaining soft and less frizzy! The first time when I had such good results, I figured it was a fluke, but it has continued to do its job each subsequent time I’ve used it. I’m very pleased. The scent is unusual — it has an incense-like quality to it — but it’s not overpowering and dissipates fairly quickly. Better yet, I’ve had no skin irritation from this product (I did experience mild irritation after using a different Davines product on my scalp in the past). It’s also small enough to pack while traveling. Pretty expensive, but good product.

Pleasantly surprised
I've used several volumizing sprays from Davines, R&Co, Olaplex, etc. None of them seem to do much, and some of them are downright awful for my fine, blond, painfully straight, shoulder-length hair - they leave it heavy, sticky, or dirty looking. So I approached this serum with a lot of skepticism and only a little hope. Boy, was I surprised!First thing I noticed is the bottle is very small. I'm using 3-4 pumps a day, so I don't expect this tiny bottle to last very long. That's a big X mark in the "NO" column. Then I noticed the very strong smell. It's kind of sandalwood/myrhh or something. Fortunately, it doesn't last, and fades before I've finished blow drying. So if you can tolerate the smell for a few minutes, it's fine after that. The serum doesn't feel excessively sticky in my hands, and definitely doesn't leave my hair sticky. I also don't notice that it weighs my hair down, or leaves it looking dirty. I don't notice that it builds up over the course of a week or so (I shampoo daily and double shampoo once a week to get rid of any buildup). It doesn't add stiffness or crunch, and I really don't feel like I've added anything at all to my hair when I use it.What I do notice is that my hair actually manages to have more volume when I blow dry, and the volume seems to last most of the day. Nothing incredible, but it's bouncier, has more movement, and doesn't look limp or sad after a couple of hours. My hair is soft and very touchable, and although it doesn't work miracles, using the serum manages to give my hair that tousled, "I'm casually this gorgeous" look to it for entire minutes of the day (fine hair ladies know that struggle. Ten minutes of good hair is normal, tops.). When I use this serum, I feel like my hair style is salvageable even late in the afternoon, and can be brushed into something reasonably attractive at dinnertime. And if I get out the curling iron to go out for the evening, this serum seems to help the style look even better.I use Kerastase heat protector on the ends, and the two products seem to complement each other really well. I'm kind of annoyed how much I like this serum, since it's pretty pricey and that tiny bottle is really, really tiny. But if you can afford replacing it often enough, it's a great product.
