I got it by reading good reviews, but I don't think this works for me .

I have frizzy hair and its not possible every time to straight your hair. Soi tried this and it gives natural look. Doesn't feel sticky or heavy on hair. I use it whenever I go to any function.

Absolutely no way to determine whether the bottle is new or used-most likely the latter. Ridiculous attitude from Amazon.
