After my physical therapist suggested I work on correcting my posture to help ease my neck pain, I decided to give this a try. It is easy to use, and makes a dramatic difference in my posture. It also helps with the neck and back pain I have experienced. I recommend it 100 percent! In fact, I've already told two of my coworkers they should purchase it since it made such a difference in my posture and pain level.

This brace for posture control is just what I needed for my morning walks. I find that my pace is a little quicker as I'm not conscious of trying to keep my shoulders back. I tried probably 15 other such products before finally settling on this and for the money it is superb. The only negative feature is the non-breathable fabric. But if that were changed, I doubt that the support would be there.
