Time consuming folding and putting together but great to use for marketing and handouts at events

Kinda hard to figure out how to put together to look cute. It took us a while. Big hint use a ruler to help bend the roof line and put it together from the roof line and not the bottom.

Used these for a real estate speaking engagement. It took some work putting them together. It was simple, just time consuming. Definitely recommend having some help. The inside held a good bit of goodies and looked amazing. 10/10 recommend

Although the houses do turn out rather cute they are incredibly annoying to fold. It seems like a very simple design but the material and cut outs make the top portion difficult to collapse without denting and marking up the sides. I bought these to use as gift boxes for my daughters birthday party for the guests and I’ll be honest I feel bad sending these home with the kids as I know they’ll open and close these 100x and need parents help to do so. I was half tempted to send them back and order something else a bit easier for the kids but I thought maybe the folding would get easier with time and it just hasn’t. I regret my purchase even though the end product is very cute.

While these little boxes look great on the screen, they are super difficult to fold inwards at the top to create the same look as shown above.Any input is appreciated.
