Festive Mini Bag Shortbread Trees

I have been enjoying these Festive Shape Walkers Cookies during the holidays for over a decade.Buy and enjoy with confidence / they are great and not too sweet.butThis is not the first time but IT IS THE WORST TIME AND LAST STRAW FOR ME !It is very tempting to fill this review with enough expletives to make you actually take notice of just how incompetent your packaging / boxing process and staff are.So . . .you take two easily compressed, thin, cardboard boxes with decorative , specialty, pricy, cookies in them . . .what would one expect to be the best choice to protect such a product to ship them in a truck full of heavy packages such as : car parts, stereos, bicycles, bowling balls etc. ?A corrugated cardboard box right ?Maybe some bubble wrap around the cookie boxes ?Lets back up ; I have seen this kind of box and bubble wrap from amazon put around a practically indestructable item such as a wrench or solid rubber item that could have literally been dropped, with no package at all, to the ground from an airplane in flight and not been damaged.What does amazon put these frail cookies in ?A plastic bag with zero padding.Seriously.! ? !Forgive me for thinking you are a bunch of bloody loonies.UPDATE: The next day I attempted to get a refund or more cookies sent and I just get stuck in this endless loop; enter the problem but cannot send it, it asks me to contact them to finalize if I want a refund or more cookies and it starts all over from the beginning asking me to state my problem . . . etc. over and over.To boot it self deleted the photo of the bag I took but kept the photo of the broken cookies !I have been dealing with amazon for two decades so this isn't my first rodeo with them and they have always been great. Up till now . . .Double fail for you amazon.

Very good. Three or four of the cookies were crushed. Again it is a smaller size box for a lot of money. Walkers' sizes tend to be smaller unless you go to Costco to get the industrial sizes.

I bought these for toppers on gingerbread cupcakes. A few came broken so I just ate them. The rest will be royal ice decorated and used to whimsically identify the flavor of the cupcake which will be gingerbread spice.

Beware! I just found a small piece of glass on top of one of the Santa shortbread cookies! I saw something shining and thought it may have been a piece of plastic so I picked it up and discovered that it is glass or very hard plastic! I've eaten one whole box of these over the past 2 weeks and opened the 2nd box just now and discovered this. I'm so disappointed because these cookies are so delicious.

I love these cookies!They are cute, yummy and have great natural ingredients.However, they were shipped in a non-padded bag so some of the cookies were broken. I had purchased these to share with others.Amazon - Please ship these in a padded box or bag.If you're buying these to share with others or as a gift, I would purchase them from a local store instead.Disappointed.

I like these cookies, I just don’t love these cookies. They are just ok. I wouldn’t buy them again because the taste is wanting. I love their shortbread cookies, but these are a miss!

The chocolate on these is so good..I like shortbread cookies anyway but this has a nice seasonal taste..try a box or 2.

Item arrived on time, with no issues. Item was purchased after reading reviews on Amazon.I've been purchasing another brand of cookies and I felt the need for a change.These cookies...GONE ! The whole box...GONE in one setting !I ordered some for a family member to try and I'm currently waiting for their opinion. In the meantime, I'll be ordering some more for...myself !

They taste good so for a treat, I was willing to splurge. Walkers used to sell chocolate chip & chocolate covered shortbread in a decent sized box (much larger than this box & better tasting) just before Christmas every year for about $10 which I was able to buy at Walmart, but it's probably been 5 years since I've seen them.

These were excellant Christmas time cookies to give as gift to family and friends. Definately value for money, although the package included only 8 cookies. Taste was so lovely, really gingerly and butterly. Solid Walker's quality as always. However, I have to give one negativw feedback regarding the packaging of the parcel. It was a bit poorly packed and the parcel was suffered damage during transportation and as the cookie packages were placed to the bottom of a cardboard box few of the packages were crumpled and the cookies were crushed and thus I was not able to give those as gifts (more cookies for myself, thoug :D). Otherwise, I was really happy with the product, order and fast delivery.

Watched a Susan Callman programme of her tour around Scotland. She went to the walkers factory where they showed them making these biscuits and just had to get some to taste myself. They didn't disappoint at all I can tell you. The best shortbread I've ever tasted for sure. Absolutely delicious. Tbe best quality ever.

Found presentation disappointing. Small box. Poor value for price paid
