I love it it works wonderfully. The cooking temperatures lready printed in the thermometer makes it super easy to use when cooking. It came with a battery already installed and a spare one. It turns on right away and it does not take too long to measure the temp. The numbers are big enough for me to read even without my glasses. Good purchase

This meat thermometer is amazing! It has a sleek look and works like a charm! It is easy to read the temperature and ensures that you will never undercook your meat again. It keeps you from having to look up anything online. This was a need in my kitchen as I constantly worry about my chicken not being cooked thoroughly. I have used it for meat cooked on a cast iron pan, in the oven, and on the grill. The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice digital thermometer. That does just what you expect it to. Gives you an accurate reading very quickly. It’s also nice that it has a magnet on it so you can stick it to your refrigerator or your grill when it’s not in use. Great addition to your grilling set up for a great price.

UPDATE: New battery installed. Still doesn’t work. Now it’s back to my old non digital thermometer. Sigh.It worked great when it worked. I bought it as it was supposed to be waterproof but when I tried to use it yesterday, no go. I took the battery out and it appeared to have just a little rust on the battery. As hard as the battery door is to get off (very secure) this surprised me. I certainly expected to get more than 7 weeks use out of it before having to replace the battery. Not sure if a new battery will fix it but I hope it will! I loved the thermometer up until yesterday!

Pretty reasonable price for a thermometer and much larger than I was expecting. It is very easy to take a temperature and switch back and forth from C to F. Seems accurate enough and I haven't gotten food poisoning yet! Bonus that it not only comes with a battery installed, but also has a spare!
