I've been having issues with back pain for a few months. These heat pad helps relieve the pain.It has a 45,90 and 120 minutes timer and 10 heat settings. Plus I'm 6ft5 and this is large enough to cover the whole of my back.

Was a great heat pad helped so much however it is a faulty one, I’ve seen a lot of these in the reviews I only had this heat bad 2 months and then it stopped working started flashing 90 and refused to heat up. Very annoyed as I use this when in pain. Thankfully Amazon has refunded me as it’s been less than 12 months

I love how quickly the heating works and how easily it switches off. The size is perfect, and I would recommend it to anyone.

My 88yo mum loved it initially, it really helped her painful legs, so the size and shape was ideal. She could work it OK, as it's nice and easy to use, too.Unfortunately it stopped working in under 4 months, so was sent back as a faulty item. The electrician in her care home checked it and said it was a dud. Can't honestly recommend it - it's not exactly a low cost item either.

Excellent heat pad

This pad was fine until it just suddenly stopped working.I use it for osteoarthritis and I’m waiting to have a new knee fitted. What do I do about returning or repairing it. Thank you.

Very good heating pad to take the chill off before going to bed

Liked that this pad was available in a large size that can be used in many different ways. I like the timer and 10 heat settings. Very happy with the product so far.
