Odyssey 22201251 Spacer G34-24

It raised my battery to the perfect level and is invisible when looking at the car, nobody would ever guess it’s in there. It even has little clips and ridges that you can trim to make it fit your battery. I’m definitely buying another one for my other project car.

I used this spacer to run a group 35 optima battery in my 370z and it lifted it up enough to utilize the stock battery clamp

I don't know why batteries are smaller and produce same CCA,,my toyota came with big battery and I replaced it but mos of the stores have the smaller group size battery, so I needed this tray to make it perfect fit and to make sure battery is secured.

I have owned several Odyssey batteries including this spacer that was needed to make a Group 34 work properly. I have to tell you that Odyssey batteries are overrated and I'm changing brands. Too many warranty problems and opened an RMA for my latest woe with Odyssey and they didn't even respond. This is one product that is not worth the money, and never was. EVERY ONE of their batteries used in several (3) different vehicles failed before the warranty was up. Maybe their batteries just don't work in Toyotas......doubt it though.

I decided to spring for the Odyssey Battery. The Odyssey website says a specific battery fit my vehicle but this spacer was required. Amazon simply said that battery was not compatible with my vehicle! Bought the battery and spacer anyway.The spacer clips on the bottom and makes the battery the same height as the original. No problem with fit or using the original bracket. So yes the battery would not fit properly without this spacer, but it is misleading to think you have the wrong battery. Just verify the info on the Odyssey website. You might need this spacer like I did.

I purchase a Group 34 battery from NAPA (not an Odyssey) and it was not as tall as the original battery. I purchased this spacer hoping that it would work on a non-Odyssey Group 34 battery so the battery tie down would properly secure the new battery. I was pleasantly surprised when this Odyssey spacer worked perfectly.

I love the Odyssey Group 34 Battery Spacer, it is perfect to place under Odyssey Group 34 Battery.

The gap is just perfect to fit an Odyssey ODX-AGM34R on a Toyota truck, bolt-in installation in a minute, but the price is way to expensive...

It lifts the battery up so high that its completely out of the OEM tray. You have to use so much down force pressure with the battery tie down bracket to keep it from sliding from its location. This is extremely dangerous since the amount of movement over time would eventually fray the wiring at the connectors.
