Brought this for my Syrian hamster and it works but wobbles when he drinks from it. I tried attaching it to the bars but my hamster was too dumb and couldn’t find it and I didn’t want him to become dehydrated so I put the base back in. It leaks from the ball a little but not enough that it matters. For the price it is, it’s worth it.

This is a bit flimsy for guinea pigs the knock it over even whe clipped I think it would be good for gerbil or hamster small animals

Just bought new cage witch had water bottle in. The water bottle was only used once then unfortunately cage went into storage for bit Anyway when got cage back out that water bottle kept leaking n making cage wet, so looked on amazon and found this bottle. Read all the reviews first looked good so decided go with this one. Best thing ever, we keep it on hamsters shelf, doesn't leak at all. Would defo buy again, We do have dwarft hamster and she does like to go in holes, so if you got bigger hamster do be careful.

The only problem is the bottle sits too low in the stand that the hamster struggles to access it, have had to prop it up. The bottle is also a different colour to the stand which bothers my ocd 😅 i would say its suitable for dwarf hamsters

Handy item if you don’t have a cage with bars to hang a drinking bottle on. Would be improved by having the bottle positioned slightly higher because if your rodent pushes the sawdust up in front of the stand the tip of the bottle can get buried stopping them from being able to access water so you have to check that on a regular basis

Does the job does leak slightly when first filled up

The bottles leaks relatively regularly meaning I have to change the bedding about 3 times per week now instead of once. It is a pain as I have to give the hamsters milk instead of water most of the time with their delicate stomachs being infants. It's a good height, I ordered the smaller amount bottle and it's perfect to change daily for my hamsters. The food bowl add on is handy for muesli, however it is very quant and does detach too easy for hamster that try to sit inside of the bowl and dig under their food.The only other fault I have with the bottle is that the hamsters can climb inside the frame 🤦 meaning they either get stuck, or they tip the bottle over because the frame is thin plastic and flimsy.Quick delivery (next day) and is efficient enough for a spare bottle.
