Elderberry has been my go to for staying healthy for years! Capsules are easy to swallow.

I can not prove or disprove this product on it's benefits, but I do believe in elderberry and I do believe this is a good product. I have no complaints or issues taking this product and may get more.

Been taking black elderberry for as long as I can remember especially during the winter months because of the positive health effects that is has on the human body. Accustomed to seeing it in a syrup or in gummy form, this is the first time that I have seen them in the capsule form. When I purchase elderberry, its usually mixed in with some other medication or in the liquid state. I Like the capsule form better because you don’t have to worry about the after taste that it leaves in your mouth. The Sundance Sambucus Black Elderberry Capsules are gluten free and 2000mg. Compared to other vitamin supplements in the capsule form, they are rather small in size which makes them manageable to swallow. From now on, I know where I will be purchasing my daily elderberry supplements not just because they don’t leave an after taste, but because they are also cheaper and easier to take because they aren’t hard to swallow. This product is worth a five (5).

I have been taking Black Elderberry capsules during the flu season to maintain my immunity health for several years now. However, this is the first time I've tried this brand. So far, I feel these are highly effective and appear to work well. I have seen the Sundance brand in stores, so this isn't an off brand. Two capsules provides 2,000 mg of the Sambucus Nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit. The capsules are easy to swallow and I usually have problems swallowing pills. Also, I didn't experience any digestion problems and they have a pleasant taste. These also came with a long shelf life left and they had an outer seal around the cap and an inner seal under the cap. They also appeared to be fresh. To get the 2,000 mg, you take 2 capsules per day, so there is a 50 day supply in each bottle. At $0.17/day, I feel these are a very good bargain. I also feel these are effective keeping my immunity health strong, so I highly recommend these.

My whole family takes elderberry, especially during cold and flu season, it is a very strong antioxidant that provides great immune support. I like this capsule version, it is very cost effective since we all take it, and it’s also more convenient than gummies which sometimes don’t taste very good and/or tend to get very stuck together in the bottle and have to be pried out. We are all staying healthy thanks in part to these elderberry capsules, no problems with them at all and the price is excellent.

It might help the way it advertises but causes heartburn. I wasn't sure it was this so I had to stop using it a few days. No heartburn. Started again, same issue.
