We weren’t sure about this reusable filter when we first got it, but we wanted to give it a try. When it arrived, it was damaged, but the company replaced it quickly with no hassle—huge points for customer service!Once we put it together and installed it, we were seriously impressed. We’ve been using it since November, and it works great! We love that we don’t have to keep buying disposable filters, and it’s easy to clean. It’s already saved us money, and the air in our home feels fresh.We’re so happy with it that we’re ordering another one—and not just for us! We’re getting them for a few other homes too. Very easy to use. Great concept, once you wash and dry the filter and try to put it back on iy is a little bit of a struggle. Extra tight fit. Don't let it discourage you from buying it. The air flow is good through the filter. Cleaning the filter is easy. You just take it off the frame and throw it in the washer(I did buy 2 so I have one to put in as soon as I take one out). Quality seems to be holding up well, have not had any issues with the zippers or air flow. Only thing I would say negative about this is it should be white, beige, or a lite color of some kind so you can see how dirty it is. It is gray and hard to tell when it is time to change it. So we probably change ours more often.

The media could not be loaded. Picked up this washable air filter to cut down on waste and save some cash. The snap-on frame's pretty sturdy, no worries about it breaking during installation. Popped it in my AC unit and it fit like a glove. After a month of use, gave it a wash in the machine - came out looking good as new. Nice not having to remember to buy replacements every few months. The carrying case is handy for storage between washes. But it's not all fresh air and savings. While it claims to capture 90% of stuff in the air, hard to tell if it's really that effective - my allergies didn't notice much difference. The initial cost is higher than regular filters, so it'll take a while to see those savings. Drying time after washing is longer than expected, had to use a backup filter in the meantime. And let's talk about that static electricity claim - sounds fancy, but can't say I noticed any magnetic-like attraction to dust. The MERV 8 rating's okay, but might not cut it if you need serious filtration. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking to reduce waste and don't mind the upfront cost. Good for basic air filtering, but might not satisfy if you need high-performance filtration.
