I work 40+ hours a week on a computer and noticed my hands were tired and sore by the end of the week. I chose this hand massager as it was HSA eligible and went on sale, which was a great price for all the features offered!The machine is very sturdy and seems to be well made. It has rubber feet to be placed on a hard surface but works just as well while sitting on the couch balanced on my lap or a cushion.I've been using it for a few weeks now. I love the fact that it is cordless! It can do about 4 full 20 minute cycles before it needs to be charged again, however it does charge quickly (within a few hours, not even overnight) so this isn't too much of an inconvenience for me.I started on the lowest pressure setting as it recommended until I got used to it and now use it on the higher pressure setting. Combined with the massage and heat functions it provides a nice 20 minute hand massage.The heated function does work well, it's not "hot" but above warm, and produces enough heat to feel it through the entire massage time. There are two levels of heat functions as well as the option for no heat.I also use it with thise disposable plastic glove hand masks you can find here on Amazon which gives an extra spa like experience.I'm very happy with this hand massager. I ended up ordering a second one to keep in rotation.

I'm pretty sure I'm developing arthritis because simple tasks like washing dishes, brushing my teeth, etc. are getting more and more difficult to do because my hands cramp up very easily.Because of that I decided I would try this and see if I could relieve some of the tension and pain in my hands.My first impression is that it looks really fancy but I will say that the design of it with that weird orange brown colour is kind of ugly in my opinion. The soft gray material inside is nice, though.But who cares, right? I didn't get it to look at it.I think it is great that it comes with a storage pouch.I also think it is a good size because I have pretty large hands and had no problem getting my hands in it.The massage and heat functions are both really nice and feel great.There are different massage modes and levels of heat so you can figure out what works best for you.It also heats up fast and can be used for either hand (I feel like I should have bought two of them to use on both hands at the same time lol.)Lastly, it has a battery level indicator right there on top so you know when you need to recharge it and it charges via USB-C.

I bought the massager to hopefully help with a pins and needles sensation I was having do to a hand injury. The massager is powerful and would probably feel very good on hands without injury. Did not help my pins and needles sensation.

If you have average sized or large hands, you'll likely love this. When I tried it, it barely squeezed my hand. However, I could tell it is likely amazing for others.

I bought this for my wife but I have been using it mostly. It is small but packs a punch! Very easy to use and the battery lasts a long. I use this massager daily and it works like a charm!

It worked great at first, but it broke within a month of using it. We requested a replacement, and when it got here, it was in a retaped up Amazon box that was clearly a return. Upon opening it, the machine was loose inside the box with just the cord. It still had the return label scan inside the box from the last person. It even says they initiated the return on January 6th (11 days ago). It's clear that they didn't even bother opening it before resending it out. I attached a photo of how the replacement arrived to me. Returning for a refund instead which is a disappointment as it was nice when it was working.
