Great book teaching the movement!
Very informative book on Pilates!Includes getting started items and how to executing the movement! First day just did 3 movements or areas and was a little soar in thighs but was expecting it!Downside-I wish the book was spiral bound!

Save your money
Directions are unclear. Does one do just the exercise given for that day? Or add day 5 to days 1,2,3,&4? What do they mean"start making about five circles using your arm as you move away from the center" you are in a bent or folded position with hips against the wall.

Not clear instructions
Not happy with this book, photos don’t match what is being told, instructions are not clear? Talks about how important a warm up is, with no warm up mentioned? All in all, there has to be better books on this?
