Impressed with this product!

Good quality
Been using for a couple weeks, first thing in the morning and at night before bed. I've tried both under the tongue and added to a bottle of water. I do feel more hydrated after using and seem to sleep better at night. I would recommend giving it a try.

I've only been using this Baja Gold Liquid Ocean Minerals for a few days, but I already love it. It does what it's supposed to, so obviously my body needs it. I'm not going to use it under my tongue tho. Imo that's more of a "therapeutic" dose. I have a 2 liter kettle that I add 10 drops to with each fresh fill of water. It lasts about 24 hours since I mix room temperature and heated water together. 10 drops in a 24 hour period seems to be the magic dose for me. I noticed within two days a remarkable improvement in my hydration. No dry tongue in the mornings, and my complexion feels soft and hydrated to the touch. A health and beauty product in one! I'll keep using it as long as it's available.
