These silicone clay tools are excellent for working on small, detailed projects such as polymer clay magnets and other miniature designs. The tips are precise and easy to control, making it simple to shape, smooth, and add fine details without leaving fingerprints or marks behind. They’re especially helpful when working on intricate pieces that require accuracy. The tools feel durable and well made, and they stay clean even after repeated use. Clay doesn’t stick to the silicone easily, which makes cleanup quick and keeps the tools looking new over time. I’ve used them regularly, and they’ve held up very well without bending, tearing, or losing their shape. These tools are also extremely versatile and can be used for a wide range of designs and creative ideas. For the price, the quality is excellent, and they feel like an essential addition to any clay-making setup. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced with clay, this set is a great value and a must-have for detailed work.

Absolutely great price and performance for the harder silicone tipped tools and metal, but the softer tipped ones aren pretty flimsy. They still work for to smooth stuff out you just have to be gentle. Solid overall, bearing in mind I have only used them with polymer clay and milliput.

Huge win, whew! This was the 3RD set/brand I ordered which...probably tells you how the first two went. These offer an excellent variety of sizes and shapes to the silicone tips on both sets (wood handles, blue handles). The metal collars on the wood tools (which hold your tip on) are well fitted and well seated. Boy do I appreciate that as I was really growing weary of Gorilla gluing metal collars back onto wooded shafts. Did I just say wood shafts? The dotting ends on the metal tools are on point - I had been using a blunt of of a paint brush, and love these so much more. Overall quality is pretty important to me. I'll spend more not to replace something in a rapid and unreasonable time frame. These may not be the Milwaukee of silicone and dotting craft tools, but at this price point the number of tools and the quality is pleasantly surprising! If you're not a tool guy/gal and the Milwaukee comparison falls flat...how about the cadillac of dotting tools? No, wait, no one thinks cadillac is quality anymore hahaha whoops.

I love using these types of tools in ceramics. So I was disappointed when several of the silicone tips fell out and could not be put back into the tools. However, those that did stay together as well as the ball ends work great. I hope I just got a bad batch. Overall, it’s a good value for the price.
