Philo dough sheets
I could not use any of these sheets They were hard to disassemble and they tasted terrible! I would never ever recommend these again to anyone! They were very expensive and the way they folded them it was impossible to open the sheets of Philo! Terrible terrible terrible!

Yufka was great for börek and was delicious. I highly recommend it.

Excellent shipment
The product arrived in excellent condition and was as fresh as it could have been given that it ships all the way from Turkey. If I were in Turkey, I would not have used a 3 or 4 day old yufka as you can find them made fresh daily however these were still great after several days of shipping. It was not easy to open them up but yufka is meant to be dainty and you have to be careful when you unroll it. Overall, I would recommend.
