Good protein sauce had a good price

I have not used them long enough as of yet, but so far I have no complaints. They seem to be working well. Possibly in the future these could be my go to after a few uses.

I used to use the brand Perfect Amino but they were a little too expensive. Decided to try these because they have the same exact ingredients for a lower cost. They smell better than the perfect amino and they taste better too. The taste and smell makes it easy to take the 10 pill dosage easier. I cannot go on without these as I can notice the difference throughout my day in energy while at work. The pill size are your average multi vitamin size.

They work good for me as a meal substitute so that I can keep my calories down while getting the equivalent of protein needed

It says it’s an essential amino acid supplement but it’s missing L-histidine other then that it seems to be a decent product it’s just not all 9 essential amino acids
