I have now had 3 bags of this and it’s the best chocolate that I’ve had it melts so well for making chocolate decorations to go onto cakes I also make hot chocolate with it I steam the milk to 45 degrees and then add the chocolate and continue to heat it until between 60-70 it’s so good I no longer buy hot chocolate from any of the coffee shops because it’s never as good I have had one bag that came and it was in a solid block which is not good enough it should be stored better especially because it’s not a cheap item I wasn’t able to return it but I was given a refund for it I then noticed on some of the reviews that it could of been melted and put into bits that would make it usable again but I think when you buy a product you should get what you paid for that issue is down to amazon and how they store it not the company that makes it I would definitely recommend it

Best tasting chocolate..Brought these afew times, great for making many chocolate lollys for kids Easter/Halloween/Christmas/Birthday/Christening party etc..Would recommend buying these and easy to use..

I always buy this brand it's the best quality and taste. I tried a different Belgian cooking chocolate, but it didn't taste anything like as nice, so for just a few pounds more it's worth it!

Seriously, top quality chocolate. I used it to make a rocky road, which I’ve made many times before but there was something about this chocolate that really elevated it. Very flavourful without being overall sweet. Would use it again and happy to recommend. The chocolate comes in small droplet type discs which melted smoothly.

This is the best chocolate to use for chocolate ganache and dipping or coating your biscuits, it's quite versatile. I love the resealable bag. It keeps the chocolate fresh. It melts quite well in the microwave too. And it tastes absolutely delicious!

These chocolate chips are delicious and come in a huge bag. We like to cook especially things with chocolate chips. I got so fed up of buying lots of little bags from the supermarket . This is our second purchase of these and I have not looked back. Fantastic!!!

The chocolate is delicious and I love to keep a bag of these callets in the larder for baking, but somewhere along the way it has been stored at far too warm a temperature. I don’t mind the occasional few callets stuck together but this time the chocolate has arrived in a solid block with a white bloom. I will have to melt it and set it again in a useable form. It’s a foodstuff, and not cheap, so more attention should be paid to how it is stored. Not good enough, Amazon.

Absolutely the best chocolate chips you can buy. Made from the highest quality Belgian chocolate, they make excellent cookies, but also decadent handmade bonbons. I have been using this brand for years and wouldn’t buy any other. They always arrive in perfect order and within a day of ordering. Highly recommended!
