Positives: good for price. Real wood counter top, trash can concealment and extra storage, good quality wheels, leaf hinges are high quality.Negatives: tip-over hazard if you lean on leaf without weighty items in storage, had to cut some materials with my circular saw, poor CAD drawings made assembly difficult, screws that hold leaf are small and drilled into MDF and would easily tear out if too much weight is applied to leaf. Over all the MDF is not bad but I wouldn't expect it to hold up more than a few years

This island is amazing. It was a bit of a challenge to assemble but once completed it does not disappoint. It looks good and works well in my outdoor kitchen. Great buy

DON'T DO IT. This thing is borderline impossible to put together and this isnt close to my first rodeo with cheap furniture. If that wasnt enough the wheel lock is useless because the wheels have no resistance and they just slide on the floor. It is NOT sturdy, there are a million screw types, the leaf doesnt sit flush with the table top, and the whole thing just looks cheap and unappealing. This is beyond "you get what you pay for", the value is just not there. Worst part is, returning it would cost as much as i paid for it.

I really love the island. But it took 3 1/2 hours to build. Although the screws and items were alphabetized, it still didn’t match at times. The screws broke often. The trashcan that was recommended to buy with the island, did not fit a 10 gallon. Although I hit these Road blocks that actual product looks very nice and is worth the money.

Bought it for my mom for her birthday because she wanted a little coffee station. It was easy to build and is very sturdy. She loves it!

First the good.... Great instructions and extra fasteners to put it together. Extra star just for that. Looks good from 6 feet or more. Seems like the storage will fit a good amount of items and will be easy to move for cleaning with 5 quality wheels. Will be a couple of extra spots to eat in a pinch, but must be careful... seems it may have a tipping issue.The bad... poorly painted and the finish of the top is not great. They spot filled and failed to sand it prior to packing it. Most of it is pressed wood and the process of building it is drawn out and took me over an hour before I add the time to remove the excess filler on top. There is a large dent on the outside of a door that they paint over and other paint issues.Overall poor finish. I would return it if I had the time to dismantle, return and rebuild a different one. Unfortunately, I don't.

I love the way this island looks, but 2 days after it was built, the trash can drawer ripped from the door.

It's a perfect purchase for a small kitchen, set up takes time but it is worth it, if u follow all instructions that has been given, it will go smoothly. I ordered 2 by mistake, i returned the second but if i had the space i would keep that one also.
